If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please notice that leather is a natural material and as such any product is different from each other. In case the return reason is due to natural imperfection of the leather, the return shipment cost must be incurred by the buyer and reimbursement is on a case to case basis.
 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

2. Take Note of the product name and code (where available) after identifying your product.
